Tues & Thur Mornings Roster

Welcome to the AM Run & Walk group! Our twice-weekly gathering has grown over the 25+yrs since Jon Armao and Will Fraize started running together on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. We've now grown to over 50 runners and walkers

Our events (5-mile run or a 3-mile walk) take place, generally, no matter what the weather, at 8:00am summertime and winter, sharp.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays: McDonnell's at Whiehle Ave and Sunset Hills Road.

After each run/walk, we gather for breakfast and good conversation:

We also have some members who need or prefer to meet earlier than the "official" start times. The registration form has a provision to indicate this. Members can view fellow members who have chosen a different start time and email/text them to make suitable arrangements.

To simplify our communications, we use this registry system. All registered users have complete access to the registry and can update their own contact information. Additionally, members are able to send emails and text messages to any one or more person(s) on the list. Note, the registry is secure and internet communications use the https encrypted protocol.

This is a very secure database, access uses the https protocol, see the small padlock icon left of your browser's URL address entry box. And, all emails sent by the program are sent from a secure mail server, using DMARC standards. See DMARC
