Below are thumbnails that link to the corresponding full-size image file, generally 1024x768 pixels. When you click on one, the full-size image will download for rendering by your browser. Note, unless otherwise stated, the full-size files are all about 100kb. So, they will take a minute or so to download if you are using a dial-up connection. Return to this page by simply closing the display window.
All photos are resized and jpg compressed, as noted. No other image editing is done unless stated. The full size images, as read from the camera, are not practical for down-loading to browsers. In general, the images are edited by PaintShop Pro. The original image size and jpg compression, as downloaded from the camera, are shown with each photo.
Photos labeled 2560x1920 are about 5 mega-pixels; those labeled 2048x1535 are about 3.1 mega-pixels. The "Std" label indicates the jpg compression ratio is about 12:5:1 and "Fine" indicates about 6.5:1. Some photos have a number in braces that refers to a note below.
