Running Injury Avoidance Seminar Signup Registry
This is a signup registry for those interested in participating in one of the "Injury Avoidance Discussion Group" seminars, to be moderated by Al Rider.

Our first session was held on July 11th. Future sessions will generally be held immediately following our regular Saturday scheduled runs. I will send everyone listed in this registry an email when future sessions are scheduled.

Please complete all the entries you are comfortable with making public. This data will help me organize the content and schedule for the seminars. Additionally, your email address will enable me to communicate with you about schedules, etc.
